  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Mission Statement

COMEDY COURAGE BENEFIT CONCERT & GALA & LIVE & SILENT AUCTION

May 9, 2012

VOLUNTEER JOBS AND DUTIES

Set up:  May 9th  (Need 8-10 people)

Start time 9am-5pm in shifts with dinner and snacks provided

 

  • Wear Staples red shirts
  • Set up silent auction tables
  • Put paddle numbers on programs
  • Blow up helium balloons
  • Stack and fill gift bags for guests
  • Set up registration tables
  • Set up cashier tables for auction payments
  • Put up banners

 Mission Statement

Registration: May 9th   (Need 3 people)

Start time: 4pm-7pm

  • Sign in guests and answer questions in regards to the Live and silent auction
  • Hand out programs for seating/auction

 

Auction Spotters:  May 9th  (Need 7 people)

Start time: 5pm-9pm

  • Greet people at the door as they arrive
  • Escort Corporate guests to their tables
  • Spot bidders to gather name/phone/payment during the Live auction
  • Wear red staples shirts which will make them recognizable and available to answer questions
  • Collect silent auction sheets to Live and silent auction coordinator

Start time: 9pm-10pm

·       Strike venue/banners, left over auction items

Fundraiser BBQ volunteers: May dates TBD (Need 3 people)

Start time 10am-3pm location TBD most likely at Langley Staples (200th street)

 

Two dates in April on a Saturday to help sell hotdogs drinks and chips and help to spread the word regarding the Gala and mental health awareness
